Early testing of what a site can hold: massing options, orientation, access, daylight and section studies before any commitment is made.

Adaptive Reuse & Renovation
Survey-led work on existing buildings, prioritising retention, reversible interventions and repairable construction.

Urban Design & Master Planning
Block structure, street sections, ground-plane strategy and phasing for sites where the public realm is the primary subject.

Interior Architecture
Interiors treated as part of the building's structure rather than a layer applied to it, including thresholds, joinery, light and surface.

Documentation & Coordination
Construction documentation and consultant coordination, with BIM used as a coordination instrument rather than a presentation tool.

The greenest decisions are made in the first month.
Retention of existing structure, compact form, orientation, glazing ratio, thermal mass and daylight depth are settled during feasibility, when they are still free to change. Servicing strategy follows the fabric rather than compensating for it.
We publish no certification claims, energy figures or carbon results without third-party verification for the specific project concerned. Where a client requires a formal assessment or certification route, it is delivered with an accredited specialist and reported against measured evidence.
